Founders often build something "beautiful" to impress investors — instead of building something useful for the users.

Strip it down.
Don’t try to solve 10 problems. Just pick one painful problem that your target audience is struggling with.

Example:
A startup we mentored wanted to build an AI career coach with chat, resume building, job search, and analytics.
We helped them narrow it down to just one thing: “Helping job seekers improve their resumes with personalized AI tips.”

That became their MVP. It got attention. Why?
